Refund & Cancellation Policy

A. Cancellation and Refund Policy for the Course

You can decide to cancel your course fee paid to the Courses offered by Skills ReNEW 01-day (24-hours) prior to the start of the 1st session or class of the paid course. Once the Cancellation Period is over, Skills ReNEW will not refund the course fee. For requesting a cancellation, send an email to support@ulavitech.com from your registered email address for the paid course.

Once you opt to cancel your course, you will no longer have access to the paid course. Upon Skills ReNEW receiving an email or an intimation with a request for cancellation to the paid course within the Cancellation Period, Skills ReNEW shall refund the entire course fees within a period of 30 working days from the date of receiving an email or an intimation of cancellation by you after deducting the actual bank (remittance or fund transfer charges) or payment gateway refund charges, if any.

B. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Introductory or Demo Sessions

Skills ReNEW does not provide a refund of the course fee paid for any Introductory or Demo Session purchased – where such session are chargeable. Once the course fees for the Introductory or Demo Session are paid, your payment made for the Introductory or Demo Session will be final and cannot be cancelled or reversed.
